Standard Delivery
"Standard Shipping" service will be delivered by the postal service in the destination country. If the destination is outside of the United States, you may need to sign for the delivery at the time of pickup. Therefore, please ensure that the delivery address is available for pickup during business hours.
Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, we ship to every corner of the world! Once your shopping cart has loaded, you can select your country on the checkout page.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders can take 1-2 business days to be shipped. At the end of the year, during holidays and peak seasons, the delivery time may take longer due to high volume of shipments and the time required for quality checks. Delivery time may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In addition, while we are doing our best to avoid this, we will notify you as soon as possible if the item you ordered is not in stock.
At checkout, you may be informed that the estimated shipping time is too long. This may be due to certain products being currently out of stock or out of stock and being restocked.
Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions about dispatch times. When will my order arrive after it has been shipped? The estimated arrival time shown on the checkout page includes the time it takes for the order to be made and shipped. These delivery times are for reference purposes only and vary by country/region. We will deliver your order as soon as it is confirmed.
How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account (your order account) and click on "Track Order". In some cases, the carrier's tracking information may not appear until 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped.
Will the shipment be delivered directly to my mailing address, or will it be delivered to the post office and I will have to pick it up in person?
Your CASEMYARTS products will be delivered directly to your home. On rare occasions, home delivery is not available in individual cities/regions/countries.
When will you ship my order?
We will process orders within 1-2 business days.
Please allow extra time for us to process orders during public holidays and busy periods. During peak seasons or before major holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day), customs and postal services may also require additional time for processing/delivery. For detailed information on public holidays in your destination country, please refer to your local government website. Please also note that pending authorizations may also delay orders.
Import taxes and duties
Some countries may be subject to import duties, taxes and related customs fees which are not included in your payment to us. The amount of these fees (if applicable) is charged and determined by the customs office of the destination country. For further details on fees, please contact your local customs office directly.
