1. Which iPhone models are your cases designed for, and how do I confirm the right fit?
We design cases for iPhone models ranging from the 14 to the 16 Pro Max. To confirm your model, open Settings, tap General, then About; your iPhone’s model name will be displayed.
2. Do your cases support MagSafe charging, and how does the strength compare to Apple’s cases?
CASEMYARTS cases support MagSafe charging, and their magnetic strength is equivalent to that of Apple’s official cases, featuring strong N52-grade magnets.
3. What materials are used in your cases, and how do they balance protection with style?
CASEMYARTS cases are made from TPU (a soft frame) and PC (a hard backplate). The interior includes corner airbags for impact protection, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
4. Are your cases scratch-resistant, and how do they hold up against daily wear?
The cases are resistant to scratches under normal use; however, intentional scraping may damage the design. General daily use should not cause any issues.
5. Do your cases have raised edges to protect the screen and camera lenses?
Yes, the case’s edges are raised by 1.0 mm above the screen and by 0.5 mm above the camera lens, providing optimal protection.
6. What materials are used in your grips, and how do they stay secure on the case?
The magnetic stand is made from aluminium and attaches securely to any MagSafe-compatible case.
7. How do your rope straps compare to other brands in terms of durability and weight support?
Our straps are lightweight yet durable, designed for long-term use without heaviness, and constructed from wear-resistant materials.
8. Are the charms and their attachments (e.g., beads, knots) sturdy enough to withstand heavy daily use?
Our charms are hand-strung using high-quality, anti-pilling, abrasion-resistant materials to ensure long-term durability.
9. How do I clean and maintain rope straps to prevent fraying or discoloration?
Easy to care for—simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

10. What materials are your charms/beads made from (e.g., acrylic, glass, resin)?
Our phone charms and lanyards feature a variety of materials, including ABS beads, zinc alloy, acrylic beads, stainless steel, imitation pearls, steel beads, gold-plated copper, and crystal accents. The braided straps are made from durable polyester.
11. Are the beads/charms waterproof or resistant to tarnishing over time?
The charms and straps are resistant to fading under normal use; however, prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals may reduce their longevity.
Customization & Personalization
12. How does the custom case design process work, and what file formats do you accept?
Select your preferred colour, choose your phone model, enter your desired text, and pick your favourite font. Once complete, confirm and pay. Orders are shipped within 7 days of production.
13. Can I preview my design before ordering, and how accurate are the colors in print?
Yes, you can preview your design by selecting colours, fonts, and backplate effects until you are satisfied.
14. How long does personalization add to the production/shipping time?
Custom orders are produced and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Warranty Policy
15. What is the warranty period, and what does it cover?
CASEMYARTS offers a 90-day warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers deformation, glue separation, cracks, severe yellowing, and natural pattern peeling. Excluded from coverage are daily wear, surface scratches, and accidental damage.

16. What is your shipping timeline, and do you offer express options for urgent orders?
Asia: 2-3 business days after dispatch (1-2 days for Hong Kong/China)
North America & Europe: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Other Countries: 7-10 business days after dispatch

17. How are orders packaged to prevent damage during transit?
Products are securely packaged in magnetic boxes to prevent damage during transit.
18. What is your return policy for standard and customized items?
Standard items are eligible for free returns within 10 days of delivery; customized items are non-refundable.
